Melanie Stinson- HR Director

In 2006, I fell in love with Human Resources when I was asked to assist with a hiring fair, while working at a pet’s hotel. I pursued my passion academically and earned a BS with an HR concentration from the University of Phoenix in 2009. I joined Lehman Roberts and Memphis Stone & Gravel in the fall of 2010, where I have since worked in various capacities within HR. My roles have included Payroll Specialist, EEO Officer, HR Specialist, HR Representative, HR Generalist, HR Manager, and I currently serve as the HR Director. My career has been marked by a deep dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace, where I hope to continue to empower employees and nurture their growth like other Leaders of Lehman Roberts and Memphis Stone & Gravel. We will continue to utilize this approach and hopefully not only enhanced our organizational success but also continue to enriched our company culture.

Jeremy Ramberg - Vice President of Construction

He is also a registered Professional Engineer in Washington State.

Before joining Lehman-Roberts, Jeremy held several high-profile military positions including Public Works Officer at Naval Base Point Loma and Deputy Assistant Regional Engineer in San Diego.
