| President- Catherine White, Nabholz Catherine is a Project Manager for Nabholz Construction in Hernando, Mississippi. She has over 30 years of valuable experience in various areas of the construction industry, including roles as a project manager, superintendent, and business owner. Her expertise covers a wide spectrum, from small to large tenant buildouts, ground-up projects, and residential construction. She's engaged in unique roles, from roofing to rebar detailing, estimating, threshold inspection, and operational management. Originally from Millington, Tennessee, Catherine earned her Associates of Science degree and an Architectural Technology Certificate from Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis. She also had the opportunity to study abroad in London, England, and actively participated in the Southwest Mentors Advancing Retention, Teamwork, and Success (SMARTS) program, where she served as a mentor to peers to enhance access to college-level education and academic program completion. Catherine attained her Certificate of Management in Lean Construction from the Associated General Contractors, holds an endorsement in building codes from the International Code Council, OSHA-30, and maintains Level One Certified Inspector status for Tennessee SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan). She was also nominated as a Memphis Business Journal 2022 Women Who Lead: Construction. Catherine firmly believes that there's something new to understand every day. "The most valuable lesson I've learned is to give respect and gain respect from your peers. It's essential to build relationships with everyone—vendors, subcontractors, other contractors, architects, and inspectors—as well as fellow co-workers." |

Beyond work, she cherishes moments with loved ones, attending her kid's various activities, exploring diverse interests like cooking and golf, traveling, and indulging in a good read. |

| Secretary - Shelby Rayman, Automatic Heating and Air Conditioning Shelby Rayman is the dedicated office manager at Automatic Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric, based in Memphis, Tennessee. Born and raised in Memphis, Shelby graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Memphis in 2014, where she also spent three years as part of the university’s student trainer program, specifically working with the football team. In November 2017, Shelby joined Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing and Electric, LLC, diving into the mechanical contractor trade without prior experience in the construction field. Since then, Shelby has developed extensive knowledge in this industry and continues to learn new skills. In addition to her role at Automatic, Shelby runs a small bookkeeping business that focuses on helping other small businesses operate more efficiently. Through this venture, she guides clients on understanding financials, improving profitability, and managing their operations with a stronger grasp of their financial health. |

With a decade of experience under her belt, Jennifer has established herself as a prominent figure in the industry, providing comprehensive and effective solutions to her clients. Having graduated from the University of Memphis in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence. Her dedication and hard work have earned her recognition, including top awards from the Presidents Club and Winner's Circle. Jennifer's expertise and proficiency in navigating the complexities of payroll and HR services have made her an invaluable asset to her clients. | Director - Meghan Medford, Medford Roofing, Inc. Meghan holds a degree from Rhodes College in International Business and a Master of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University. Since founding Medford Roofing 2010, the company has earned over $20,000,000 in revenue and has offices in both Memphis and Nashville. Medford Roofing was awarded as one of the top five finalists for the Memphis Business Journal Small Business of the Year award 2014 and 2015, as well as, earned the MBJ "Pacesetter Award"(fastest growing private company) in 2015, 2016, and 2018. Meghan has also been awarded the Greater Memphis Chamber "Young Memphis" award 2014, MBJ "Superwoman in Business" 2018, and MBJ "Top Forty Under Forty" 2018. |
| Director - Melissa Negron, Lehman-Roberts Company As an HR Generalist, SHRM-CP, Melissa enjoys the different aspects of Human Resources and being part of an organization that focuses on employees and company values. She has a Master’s degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, and has had the opportunity to work in various industries including manufacturing and production, corporate, healthcare, and city government. Currently, she has been working in the construction industry with Lehman Roberts Co./ Memphis Stone and Gravel Co for over 2 years. She enjoys working for a family of companies who find ways to improve the community and lead the asphalt paving and sand & gravel mining industries in innovation while focusing on a strong safety culture. In the fall she volunteers on the Board of Managers to help fundraise for her daughter’s high school First Robotics FRC program. |

 | Director - Holland Hudspeth, McCabe Construction Holland, a Memphis native, began her career at McCabe Construction as Marketing and Sales Manager after graduating from the University of Mississippi. Now, as Director of Business Development, she focuses on commercial large loss, building intentional and meaningful client relations with insurance carriers, property managers, investors, and brokers. Holland’s work supports McCabe’s commitment to delivering top-quality restoration services for commercial properties. An active member of her community, Holland is involved with organizations such as NAWIC Memphis Chapter, Restoration Industry Association (RIA), AAGM, CREW, BOMA Memphis, and Young Life Ministries. Known for her drive and dedication to personal growth, she embraces the evolving nature of the construction industry and looks forward to the challenges and opportunities each project brings. |
